The Indiana Virtual Charter School (INVCS) is a tuition-free, public, virtual school that gives parents the curriculum, tools, and support they need to deliver a high-quality, well-rounded education to their children. In partnership with Indiana-certified teachers, parents are able to become highly involved with their children's education by guiding them through our curriculum.
INVCS teachers are there to help manage the learning process. They provide guidance and support to help parents optimize their children's learning opportunities in a safe, focused environment. The result is a comprehensive, integrated program that gives parents everything they need to make it easy to learn—at no cost:
- Superior Curriculum from K12. Developed by leading educational experts, our curriculum is one of the best in the nation. It draws on proven learning methods to ensure that Indiana state standards are met or exceeded in every lesson.
- Extensive Instructional Materials. From textbooks and workbooks to art supplies, science equipment, maps, and more, you'll have everything you need to support our curriculum.
- Comprehensive Tools. We provide a wide range of tools to help you enroll your child at the right level, schedule and track lessons, and ensure that lessons have been mastered before moving forward.
- Caring Support Network. INVCS keeps the lines open to our staff, teachers, and parents through events, e-mail, online message boards, and other means to provide support and answer questions when you need it.

The mission of the Indiana Virtual Charter School (INVCS) is to provide Indiana students with an excellent education, grounded in high academic standards, which will help them achieve their full academic and social potential.
The core philosophy of INVCS is that all young people can achieve academic excellence if they are provided rigorous instruction, high standards, informed guidance, and individual attention. Although we use the computer as a learning tool, we believe that education is primarily a human endeavor that relies on caring individuals, involved parents, and committed teachers.
