K12 makes a point of checking in with virtual school parents to see what they think on a regular basis.
Fortunately, the news has always been good. But wherever we see opportunities for improvement, we will take them. It is our goal to deliver the best curriculum and highest parent satisfaction in the state of Indiana.
Based on a Spring 2005 survey, K12 virtual charter school parents are:
100% satisfied or very satisfied with the quality of lesson content
99% satisfied or very satisfied with the quality of lesson materials
98% satisfied or very satisfied with instructional approach
98% satisfied or very satisfied with the planning and progress tools
97% satisfied or very satisfied with time spent preparing for lessons
95% satisfied or very satisfied with the support provided by teachers
95% satisfied or very satisfied with the support provided by customer care/tech support
95% satisfied or very satisfied with their children's progress
93% satisfied or very satisfied with the age appropriateness of content
91% satisfied or very satisfied with the time spent on lessons
90% satisfied or very satisfied with the quality of supplied computer system
89% satisfied or very satisfied with their children's attitude toward learning
Of the parents surveyed, 74% rate their overall experience as best or good, with another 25% rating it as fair.
